Creative Director, We Are Social

    Responsible for the creative ideation around social-first campaigns for the Under Armour brand account, focusing on Men's and Women's NCAA Basketball, NBA, and NCAA Football.

  • Work in tandem with in-house strategists to identify concepts true to the UA ethos and larger brand narratives.

  • Deck construction, copywriting, and art direction with external and in-house design teams.

  • Lead conversation in client-facing pitch meetings to sell in ideas and bring concepts to life. 

Senior Manager, Partnership Content
New York Knicks & New York Rangers

  • Led all efforts on partnership content across the Knicks and Rangers brands, from pitch to production.

  • Worked to deliver thoughtful and engaging content in response to partner brand ambitions and creative briefs.

  • Ran point on campaigns involving our players and biggest financial partners, including Chase, Lexus, Delta, Pepsi and Squarespace.

  • Pitched, budgeted, project managed and planned distribution strategy across all social channels, in -arena, and out of home.

Manager, Digital & Social Content, New York Knicks

  • Worked across multiple departments including social, marketing, PR, and video production to establish strategy and lead execution of digital content in support of brand growth and revenue KPIs.

  • Responsible for narrative creation and storytelling opportunities across digital channels, ticketing messaging and consumer-facing campaigns.

  • Analyzing data and digital metrics of fan engagement to build content plans targeted to the messaging goals of basketball operations.

  • Oversaw live coverage of games and all player participation content

  • Played a key role in conceptualizing, pitching and executing content in conjunction with our Marketing Partnerships team to drive over $5M in annual revenue.

  • Project-managed teams of shooters, editors, designers and freelancers.

Manager, Multi-Sport Digital, Bleacher Report

  • Adapted to a restructuring of our video department that required me to become a multisport producer with the ability to work beyond the NBA.

  • Played a key role in creating, establishing and building out our Social News content strategy, which has emerged as one of Bleacher Report’s most successful new social-first concepts.

  • Fulfilled various sales obligations by identifying and executing stories that dovetail with brand expectations.

  • Worked to establish BR’s voice on social media in order to connect with a younger, growing audience of consumers in way that is both informative and entertaining. Responsible for writing engaging, concise scripts fully representative of B/R.

Lead NBA Producer, Bleacher Report

  • Managed a team of direct reports including two associate producers and two production assistants. Assigned and delegated tasks as well as provided creative and professional feedback.

  • Led the creative direction of the department and formulated short and long term content plans that ran parallel to our organization’s philosophy as a whole.

  • Responsible for the creation and execution of new initiatives and content buckets. Worked with our Director of Video and Senior Creative Manager to reinvent and grow our video department to evolve with a changing media landscape.

Team Stream Now NBA Producer, Bleacher Report

  • Worked with Lead Producer to determine angles for daily content as well as long term scale projects, as well as to request guests through booking department.

  • Sat in control room during filming and worked with lead producer to ensure that predetermined direction of the content was properly met. Assisted Lead Producer in planning all video content  8-12 weeks ahead.

  • Took creative lead in establishing new, original formatting of league coverage. This included experimenting new content staples and working with talent to build programming around their personalities.

  • Worked with talent on daily and weekly analysis, as well as premium content such as video essays and breaking news pieces.

  • Pitched and coordinated the fulfillment and delivery of sold and branded campaigns.

NBA Editorial Assistant/Video Researcher, Bleacher Report

  • Actively participated and led brainstorms and whiteboard meetings.

  • Maintained a constant presence with our programming and content teams, handling requests and editorial inquiries. Communicated plans to programming around breaking news, scale projects and special event content.

  • Created articles and managed publishing schedules for NBA content. This job function included linking content into the relevant docs and email chains for internal and external communication.

  • Coordinated with Producers and Production Assistants to request assets for upcoming content.
